Refund Policy

a. Welcome to pemilyy.com ("Website/Site"), operated by Veena Tech("We/Our/Us").

b. We are dedicated to providing high-quality services. In rare instances where services may be deficient, we offer refunds as outlined in this Refund Policy ("Policy").

e. We provide a 3-day refund policy for eligible services.

Non-Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India or the state where our office is located.

b. Customer:
A person availing services for personal use, excluding commercial purchases.

c. Date of Transaction:
The service invoice date, including renewal processed as per applicable service agreement terms.

d. Website:

3. REFUND RULES

a. We aim to fulfill orders per specifications and timelines. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our end, the service isn't provided, the order is canceled from our side, and your payment is refunded.

b. Refunds won't be processed for orders of the wrong service.

c. Qualifying refund requests may result in a full refund, minus additional costs incurred by us in providing the service.

d. Refunds are considered upon the Customer providing relevant documents and proof.

e. Once qualified, refunds are applied to the original payment option.

f. Refund requests can be made by reaching out to Pemilyy via email -care@pemilyy.com

g. If discontinuing a service, cancellation charges apply per company policies.

4. ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED

a. If the amount is deducted, and the order isn't confirmed, contact your bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse the amount.

b. If unresolved after 7 (seven) Business Days, contact Our customer care at care@pemilyy.com.

5. EXEMPTIONS

a. Refunds may be refused if:

I. Issues with the service were known before availing it.

II. Free Services.

III. Refund requests are made after the window is closed.

The privacy of your data during the return and refund procedure is governed by our privacy policy.

7. RESPONSE TIME

a. Refunds are processed within 5 Business Days after verifying the refund request.
